Speedtest CLI to quickly check network speeds

I found an interesting article about how to use speedtest.net for network speed testing through the command line. It's quick and easy to set up and use.

Here are results using "closest server" defaults:

Here are results using a randomly selected server in Chicago:

My VPS is located in Buffalo, NY over IPV4.

Obviously, this is not rigorous testing, but it's the same service that most PC users use to quickly check network speed.
